Sarah is a passionate, heart-and-head-driven leader dedicated to activating communities around meaningful causes, enhancing visibility of impact, and maximising funding and philanthropy to achieve sustainable, measurable change. 

With over two decades of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, measurement and evaluation, Sarah has worked with nonprofits, social enterprises, and organisations tackling some of Australia’s toughest social challenges.

She is the founder of Align Agency, an affiliated consultant with Purpose Made and a Social Impact Hub Fellow. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Cherished Pets Foundation.

Having led a national advancement and philanthropy program in higher education and worked with grassroots charities, Sarah combines expertise from both large-scale enterprises and smaller organisations.

Central to her work is the belief that our capacity to drive change — whether in our own lives, within our communities, for organisations, or across systems — hinges on harnessing the wisdom and creativity of our communities and working collaboratively.

Whether unsticking strategy, designing philanthropy programs, or measurement and evaluation, Sarah helps organisations leverage their unique ‘superpowers’ to build strong foundations to raise awareness, secure funds, and create lasting change.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time in the ocean or the bush and is deeply committed to supporting impact enterprises that are building a better future for her three boys and generations to come.
