In-house marketing & communications support to grow your income and impact

When your strategy, messaging and digital communications align, visibility strengthens, trust grows, and funding follows

We manage your marketing and communications, including digital strategy, social media, newsletters and campaign messaging.

You are assigned a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist who works with your team to plan, create and deliver consistent content across your digital channels.

This work is guided by strategic oversight from Sarah, drawing on more than two decades of nonprofit fundraising and impact expertise.

We are an extension of your team, ensuring your communications are aligned to maximise income and impact.

  • A minimum 6 month commitment allows time to build clarity and consistency. We are always happy to discuss what works best for your organisation.

Filling the gap in nonprofit marketing

Every nonprofit needs marketing and communications that clearly demonstrate its impact and build trust with supporters.

But marketing and communications are often not fully leveraged, aligned or consistent to strengthen funding and long-term impact.

Over two decades working with nonprofits, we have seen these patterns time and time again:

  • Stories are shared, but the outcomes, evidence and systems change behind them are unclear.

  • Appeals are treated as standalone moments rather than part of a consistent communications rhythm.

  • Impact reports are published once a year instead of fuelling ongoing storytelling and donor confidence.

  • Theory of Change gathers dust in a PDF instead of guiding everyday messaging.

  • Donors receive general updates rather than meaningful stewardship that reflects the importance of their giving. Over time, donors lapse and giving declines.

  • Content is scheduled without strategy, stock images are used as placeholders and posts are created simply to maintain activity.

  • There is a misconception that trust is built through a single grant application or an occasional donor update. It is not.

Your marketing and communications signal whether your organisation is ready to partner, collaborate and be supported.

That is why we have developed this model of support that makes strategic communications achievable and sustainable for your organisation.

We offer a complimentary 30-minute session where you can share your communications and digital marketing channels with us so we can explore how we might support you and if we are the right fit.

Featured Projects

CircusWA’s youth programs create pathways for young people of all abilities and backgrounds to participate in the arts.

Since 2022 we’ve worked alongside CircusWA to deliver Giving Days and appeal campaigns, refining their storytelling and aligning messaging to resonate with their audiences.

By clearly communicating the impact of their youth programs and maintaining consistent messaging across channels, the organisation has exceeded fundraising targets, increased new donor acquisition and improved donor retention.

Encounter is a theatre company empowering CaLD and First Nations artists to shape the stories we tell.

For Encounter’s Creative Australia Plus1 campaign, we developed the case for support, campaign narrative and aligned digital strategy. We designed a social rollout to build belief and visibility while strengthening long-term philanthropic positioning.

The campaign video became a standout asset, attracting media interest and extending the campaign’s reach beyond core audiences.

Embraced connects generations through arts, culture and creativity.

We developed Embraced’s messaging framework and positioning, embedding it within their Theory of Change, Strategic Plan and Annual Appeal campaign narrative.

This established a clear framework that has aligned communications across digital channels and funding applications.

Spay It Forward is a program of WA Pet Project, supporting struggling pet owners across Western Australia with accessible veterinary care that reduces animal suffering and prevents pet overpopulation.

We developed the program’s logic model, messaging framework, and fundraising strategy, creating a clear and strategic foundation that informs their case for support, funding applications, conversations with prospective donors, and communications.
