Align’s Online Consulting and Advisory Sessions provide on-demand support for nonprofits and purpose-driven organisations — it’s like having an experienced partner you can call on for tailored expertise when you need it.

  • Sessions are available in 60, 90 and 120 minute time slots.

  • Fees are $250 for 60 minutes, $375 for 90 minutes, and $500 for 120 minutes.

  • Sessions are delivered via video conferencing or phone.

  • All sessions are led by Sarah. If you’re looking for more hands-on marketing and digital specialist support, we can arrange a session with one of our digital strategy team.

  • Sessions are available by appointment, with flexible scheduling to suit your availability.

How we can use the time

We’ll focus on what matters most to you. Common areas include:

  • Sense-checking your strategy, theory of change, or messaging

    1 hour — $250 +GST

    1.5 hours — $375 +GST

    2 hours — $500 +GST

  • Yes. All sessions are completely confidential and your information will not be shared.

  • Sessions are not recorded as standard, but if you’d like a recording, this can be arranged.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring relevant team members if helpful. Just keep the group small so we can keep the session focused.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

  • Sessions are held via Google Meet. You’ll receive a link when you book — no additional software is required.

  • Absolutely. Please share any relevant documents in advance so we can make the most of our time.

  • That’s completely fine — it’s often exactly why people book. We’ll use the session to get you unstuck, bring a fresh perspective, and shape a clear plan for what to do next.

  • Sessions are primarily offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need an alternative time, please get in touch and we can find something that works.

  • Yes! You can book as many sessions as you like, whether for ongoing support or as new needs arise.
